These Boot Tops are made to specifically fit the Legends Power Princess figure to help make a Wonderful Custom and help ensure a clean, symmetrical top edge
These require some modding knowledge and ability - you need to shave down the leg on the figure where the boot top will sit and then use Greenstuff putty to attach it to the figure and then once dried use Milliput or another modeling putty to fill the transition from boot to figure. - Milliput and Greenstuff are both included with purchase as well as full instructions.
